We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable._"JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The role operates in a complex Digital Ad Operations businesses across web, apps and social, is focused on sales enablement, manages highly technically skilled teams and is a key operational appointment Head of AdOps/Digital.Primary responsibility is to ensure the successful enablement of sales teams in order to guarantee the proper functioning of media sales workflows. This is achieved through diligent, experienced servicing of campaigns via platforms, consistent communications regarding the commercial portfolio of ad products, frequent training on tools and process as well as the flawless execution of contractual commitments.Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the delivery of all ad ops campaigns sourced, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimization, capacity planning and management and accurate billing.- To ensure adherence of sales policy, communicate new strategies and new products to the sales team, as well as drive adoption through sharing of best practices.- Responsible for managing and monitoring key performance indicators of advertising campaign as agreed upon by sales, client and Campaign Management team- Support Inventory Management team in Audience & Contextual segmentation creation & management.- Work with Sales, Ad Product and Technology teams to identify market needs and new technology for creating new audience segments.- Work within ad product, technology and ops team to garner centres of excellence around operations, planning and testing.- Deals with any OTT video creative, VAST tag, 3rd party ad server, etc potential tech stack issues and provides any alternative solutions post troubleshooting as needed.- Produces, implements and troubleshoots tracking tags and pixels when needed. Responsible for investigating and solving any platform issues arise for campaign deliverables.- Responsible for managing campaigns, to optimize their pacing & performance and provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to sales & clients.- Communicate campaign reporting and updates via phone call and in-person meetings with sales and clients on a case-by-case basis.- Analyze campaign data, make applicable optimizations decisions to campaigns to meet the client's campaign KPIs.- Provides sales team with impression forecasts, data segments and campaign strategy, especially for sales packages fulfilment.- Supporting digital campaign proposal with relevant product implementation with result driven of client campaign objective.- Involvement of Ad Tech product testing and implementation including performance review of ad units including the viewability, engagement rate and other ad performance metrics.- Other duties as assigned.**REQUIREMENTS**:Formal- Minimum diploma/degree of any field- Preferred a min 10 years experience in a similar or digital operations supporting role- Must be from digital advertising operations background- Google Certification in Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics will be required- Hands on and deep knowledge on online advertising operations- Strong analytical skill with numbers- Possess logical thinking to interpret campaign performance optimization- Experience and exposure with local media and advertising industry- DMP (Data Management Platform) experience is a must- Basic skills in HTML would be preferred but not essential- Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Informal- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment- Strong facilitation skills, forging consensus around credible, executable solutions - Excellent written and oral communications skills, confident presenter- Objective, data and fact-based approach to problem solving- Hands-on and non-hierarchical operator who is equally effective in managing up and down and relates well at all levels and cultures- Driven by values and integrity, talks straight, builds confidence and leads by example Skills And Behaviours- Quick to respond and can align the best interests of both ours and our client's business goals. - Can successfully deliver maximum team output. - Encourages, praises, contributes to team culture, builds morale.- Leads by example and passionate to developing self and others.- Can recognise potential ob
