Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, plan, conceptualize, mood/storyboard, prototype, art direct and craft campaigns and visual elements for the assigned client accounts, across a variety of platforms: from thumb-stopping social content to digital and web static or animated assets.
Conceptualizing and designing interfaces for various platforms guided by their knowledge of usability standards and other user experience best practices.
Guides designers when required on the client brands' aesthetic across digital, web, social and other platforms guided by their good eye, the brand identity as well as design best practices.
Proactively provides input on ways to improve the creative output, with learnings from campaign performance data, competitive landscape or best practices.
Conceptualisation and execution of dynamic or performance-based creative assets for digital campaigns, via creative automation platforms (e.g., Celtra).
Can confidently lead projects when required, and actively engage with clients.
Collaborate with a larger team of creatives, strategists and clients in planning, brainstorming and conceptualising for campaigns or always-on content calendars.
Empowers the team to move at the speed of culture: Someone who keeps tabs on the latest trends, subcultures, formats and competitive landscape on various digital platforms.
Work with production vendors and creative freelancers alongside the creative team as needed to support the role.
Other ad-hoc assignments as required.
QualificationsA minimum of a diploma accreditation with knowledge in Graphic Design and Web Design
Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or Google Web Designer
Knowledge of additional skills such as UX/UI strategy and design, HTML5 and front-end development, motion graphics or animation, as well as usage of creative automation platforms (e.g., Celtra) will be a plus
A keen understanding of the latest and emerging formats and best practices in digital display ads, social ads, as well as web UX/UI.
An emerging mentor, with some experience managing designers
Confident in actively engaging with clients, acting as their partner in bridging marketing strategy with creative concepts and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
