WHAT YOU WILL DO The Digital Art Director is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing outstanding artwork.
The primary focus of this position is concept and design development, pushing for new and innovative solutions.
The incumbent will create unique, cost-effective, quality artwork in a timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Creating strong conceptual design and communicating the creative vision clearly in an engaging manner Creating world-class outstanding design and interactive work that encapsulates the brand, communicates business objectives effectively and engages with the stakeholder.
Design disciplines include layout, typography, imagery, and colour with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work independently and multitask.
Ability to use industry-leading web design tools for developing screen, animation, brands, web disciplines, social media, technologies and best practice in online branding, usability, information architecture and UX/UI development.
Work on web design, HTML newsletters, flash banners.
Coordinate with internal marketing team and focus on the art direction and digital outcomes.
Ownership of delivering exceptional creative work on time and on budget.
Ability to collaborate closely with business writers, copywriters, and web developers to ensure the artwork is seamlessly aligned with their copy and content.
Possesses a basic understanding of B2B principles and practices.
Demonstrates basic presentation skills for effectively sharing ideas and concepts.
YOU WILL HAVE Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Designer or similar industry of study 3 to 5 years marketing agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Marketing Knowledge of Mac, Adobe Creative and related Mac Creative programs Strong conceptual and design ability coupled with business acumen and customer focus Excellent communication, presentation and prioritization skills Strong team player & design basic Effective team-building skills.
Successful track record of managing multiple creative assignments Innovative & up to the latest art/ design trends Has experience with all stages of design process from conceptualising to rolling out designs across markets & formats The right to work in Malaysia.
Preference will be given to an immediate starter
