Responsibilities: Develop creative and engaging content (photos & videos) to enhance brand awareness and support business development goals.Collaborate with the product team to create content for new products and marketing activities in line with the marketing calendar.Plan, shoot, and edit short videos using a provided mobile device and editing apps like CapCut.Create and customize content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).Stay updated on the latest social media trends to produce engaging and relevant content.Moderate content from various sources, including external agencies and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring alignment with brand values (includes captions, images, videos, and LIVE streams).Monitor social media performance and analytics to assess content effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Requirements: Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Mass Communication Marketing or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.Fun, creative, outgoing, active on social media and comfortable appearing on camera.Passionate content creator with a keen interest in producing high-quality, engaging content that connects with audiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas.Proficient in Malay and English languages.Willing to travel for shoots.A video portfolio is required.
