Content Planning



-Provide strategic counsel in content planning, development, and overall strategies for various projects, including social media management, integrated digital campaigns, and key initiatives.


-Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed.


Content Development



-Collaborate across departments to identify business needs and recommend

innovative content solutions.



-Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.


-Conceptualise and materialize clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content and campaigns that address both business goals and consumer needs.


-Create, adjust, and manage editorial content calendars, social postings, proposals, and business-related content with SEO and general writing best practices.


-Perform content audits and gap analyses to determine content errors and inconsistencies, while editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.


-Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, visuals, fonts, and tones of content.


-Oversee all content-related projects and deliverables to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.


Strategy and Analytics



-Utilize data and insights to develop integrated content and digital strategies, creating specifications and content appropriate for brands and end users.


-Develop innovative strategies and concepts that drive the overall creative direction of a campaign or brand, focusing on the messaging, branding, and visual and experiential elements of marketing.


-Analyze content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.


-Perform extensive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all consumer personas.


-Strategise content pillars, propositions and overall editorial strategy suitable across different digital platforms.


-Devise and implement methods and systems to effectively measure, manage, and optimize content performance and ROI.

; Requirements:-



-Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar roles in content strategy.


-Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, International Relations, or any other related field.


-At least 3-4 year(s) of experience in related fields. Agency background is an advantage.


-Strong digital-first mindset in content strategy and writing, with sound knowledge of using social media for business.


-Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, keyword research tools, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).


-Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing is preferred, knowledge in data and performance marketing will be of added value.


-Impeccable command of English for writing and publishing. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be a huge plus. 


-Excellent analytical skills and strong content presentation skills.


-Ability to guide and motivate team members, with demonstrated track record of managing a team in achieving its goals.


-Outstanding collaborative ability, project management skills, and problem-solving skills.


-Ability to engage, persuade, and advise various key stakeholders on content related subjects. 


-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.


-Proactive, resourceful, innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
