-Develop innovative strategies and concepts that drive the overall creative direction of a campaign or brand, focusing on the messaging, branding, and visual and experiential elements of marketing.
-Analyze content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.
-Perform extensive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all consumer personas.
-Strategise content pillars, propositions and overall editorial strategy suitable across different digital platforms.
-Devise and implement methods and systems to effectively measure, manage, and optimize content performance and ROI.

; Requirements:-
-Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar roles in content strategy.
-Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, International Relations, or any other related field.
-At least 3-4 year(s) of experience in related fields. Agency background is an advantage.
-Strong digital-first mindset in content strategy and writing, with sound knowledge of using social media for business.
-Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, keyword research tools, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
-Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing is preferred, knowledge in data and performance marketing will be of added value.
-Impeccable command of English for writing and publishing. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be a huge plus.
-Excellent analytical skills and strong content presentation skills.
-Ability to guide and motivate team members, with demonstrated track record of managing a team in achieving its goals.
