You should also be able to analyse user engagement metrics and content sentiments, and demonstrate exceptional content presentation skills. Ultimately, a top-performing Content Writer should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement.

Responsibilities.
Content Development
-Collaborate across departments to identify business-related needs and recommend new content to address gaps in current content.
-Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
-Conceptualise and materialise clear, engaging, and brand consistent content and campaigns that address both business goals and consumer needs.
-Create, adjust, and manage editorial content calendars, proposals, and business-related content with SEO and general writing best practices.
-Develop innovative strategies and concepts that drive the overall creative direction of a campaign or brand, focusing on the messaging, branding, and visual and experiential elements of marketing.
-Provide strategic counsel in content planning, development, and overall strategies for various projects, including social media management, integrated digital campaigns, and key initiatives.
-Perform content audits and gap analyses to determine content errors and inconsistencies, while editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
-Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, visuals, fonts, and tones of content.
-Oversee all content-related projects and deliverables to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.

; Requirements:-
-Proven work experience as a Copywriter, Content Manager, or similar roles in content writing.
-Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, International Relations, or any other related field.
-At least 1-3 year(s) of experience in related fields. Agency background is an advantage.
-Strong digital-first mindset in content strategy and writing, with sound knowledge of using social media for business.
-Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, keyword research tools, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
-Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing is preferred, knowledge in data and performance marketing will be of added value.
-Impeccable command of English for writing and publishing. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be a huge plus.
-Excellent analytical skills and strong content presentation skills.
-Outstanding collaborative ability, project management skills, and problem-solving skills.
