We're hiring a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, executing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing the customer journey to increase online sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and track the performance of online campaigns.
You will play an important role in:
E-commerce & Corporate Website Management:Manage and update the e-commerce store & Corporate Website Content, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements.Coordinate with the Customer Service, fulfilment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.Digital Marketing:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.Develop and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines.Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Analytics & Reporting:Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, average order value).Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer experience.Prepare regular reports on e-commerce and digital marketing performance.Customer Engagement:Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.Manage customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries through various platforms to maintain high satisfaction levels. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Marketing, or equivalent.Experience with e-commerce platforms, databases, web analytics, and digital marketing tools.Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Able to work in team.
