As a Digital Marketing Account Servicing Executive, you will lead a team of designers, campaign optimisers and writers to deliver exceptional returns on our client's marketing campaigns, whether it is generating enquiries or driving awareness for a brand or product. We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, customer-service focused individual to help our clients to achieve their marketing objectives.Account Executive Responsibilities:-Onboard new clients into clickTRUE's campaign process, and be helpful throughout the journey-Interact regularly with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings to discuss and understand their current marketing needs-Provide consultation, strategy, and media plans for clients based on their business objectives-Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.-Proofread and maintain quality control of all outgoing deliverables daily-Analyse, interpret and present campaign reports to the client-Develop a thorough understanding of internal tools and processes, and become an expert on our core service offerings to clients-Work closely with the Sales Consultant and other cross-functional teams to manage and launch client's campaign on time.-Ensure deadlines, campaign timelines and deliverables are met in a timely fashion.-Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with strategic media plan and consultative presentations-Oversee campaign delivery plus identifying up-sell opportunities with the sales team-Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect-Stay informed about updates on Facebook, Google, Linkedin and other digital advertising platformsThis position requires attendance at our office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
