Job Requirement At least Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent Candidates proficient in editing or equivalent (Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, Canva, CapCut & other graphic design software Good teamwork and leadership skills Strong communication skills and networking ability Creativity and writing skills Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Fresh graduate encourages to apply Job Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans that support the business objectives from start to finish on strategy on time and on budget Manage company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media ads and set up lead generation, messenger ads also engagement eds Coordinate with the team to increase brand awareness Analyze market trends ads optimization plans and digital insights Grow and expand social media presence into new platforms while increasing presence on the existing platforms including Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. Create engaging content such as articles, promotion material for online media like social marketing and offline activities including merchandise.
