Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.
You will need to be obsessed with digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media trends and their application.
Responsibilities:
Highly skilled and exceptionally well-versed in managing and coordinating social media activities to maximize online presence.
Management, planning, and execution of client's social media platforms, across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, follow growth, and engagement performance through both organic and paid marketing.
Create and review organic social and video content, as well as social campaigns, ensuring traffic and growth targets are met.
Implement and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms when necessary and optimize campaigns effectively.
Monitor, engage with comments and reactions, and grow online communities through best-practice community management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing.
Deeply knowledgeable in Digital Marketing components including SEO, Paid Marketing, Website, and other key strategies to drive online success.
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
Efficiently coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
Understand project requirements and ideas.
Organized and able to work with multiple projects at once.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any relevant field.
At least 2 years of working experience in social media marketing with a proven record in growing and retaining social audiences.
Proficient in multiple social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Knowledge of the latest social media trends and an avid user of social media.
Strong hands-on experience across key tools including Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
Paid social experience - specifically optimizing CPCs, lead generation, and audience retargeting.
Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
Strong command of English (reading, writing, and communication skills).
Additional language is a plus!
Good work aptitude and attitude.
Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines within a short turnaround time.
Great attention to detail.
