Job Description:
Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and reliable Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level role, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing efforts of the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business goals
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the company's website
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus
