Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing and reporting on socialmedia analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, and YouTube.Coordinate with graphicdesigners, stakeholders, and various departments to produce adiverse range of branding materials.Help planand schedule posts, along with writing basiccopy.Assist in maintaining a consistent brandidentity across all platforms andmaterials.Help administer and operate thebackend of our loyalty program app, troubleshooting user problemsas needed.Willingness to travel as needed toexplain our app's functionality and offer troubleshooting tocustomers and end-users.Qualifications: Entry to mid-level candidates arewelcome!Preferable Chinese speakingcandidatesBasic understanding of digitalmarketing and branding is a plus.Familiaritywith analytics tools and social mediaplatforms.Good communication abilities and aknack for teamwork.Willingness to learnSEO.Basic graphic design skills for craftingsocial media posts using software/apps like Canva are aplus.Some customer service experience isbeneficial.Experience with project managementsoftware is a plus but notrequired.
