The Digital Marketing Content Manager is responsible for creating & delivering the best consumer experience across our key eCommerce retailer and Marketplaces and on the Philips owned properties, ensuring smooth consumer and shopper journey alongside all touchpoints.
You are responsible for Managing local online excellence and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share. Monitoring Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper CDJ optimization across key eCommerce retailer / marketplaces / D2C and initiate product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams (including Product detail pages and Brand Stores) Driving R&R excellence Improve Philips.com performance, including PDP, SEO and the validation of translation & localization of (new) global initiated content Support local initiated campaigns with deployment and / or creation of CRM campaigns, landing page(s) and retailer channel specific activation Drive App (P+ & B+) where applicable Manage Owned social where applicable Optimize Professional journeys where applicable Brief and co-ordinate relevant external agencies  To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor or Masters Degree in relevant discipline Digital Content Management or CRM experience preferred Digital Mindset Customer First & Quality Mindset Change management in the media thinking (internally and externally) Action Oriented and data-driven, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders How we work at Philips Our newly-adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
