Key Responsibilities:


-Implement Poney's Marketing Strategy: Play a key role in executing Poney's marketing plan to drive sales and profit growth through performance marketing (eg. Meta, Google and Tiktok ads)


-Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Lead efforts in member acquisition and retention, working closely with our CRM vendor to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.


-Brand Building: Elevate Poney's brand perception and showcase our quality through seasonal and tactical social media campaigns that resonate with our audience.


-Sales Opportunity Identification: Explore new sales opportunities for the brand by partnering with key opinion leaders (KOLs), key opinion consumers (KOCs), online marketplaces, and brand collaborators to boost content reach and engagements.


-Social Media and Content Creation: Oversee the design and creation of digital assets for engaging communications across social media platforms, driving brand awareness and promoting key campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, XHS, TikTok)


-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal/external photographer, videographer, retail operations, and eCommerce teams to align efforts and achieve company sales goals and targets.


-Adjust content strategies based on data insights to optimize future posts and improve ROI.


-Track and analyze content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, likes, shares, and comments.


-Analyse consumer insights, and identify gaps to conceptualize GTM plans from communication to media from time to time for Brand campaigns.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 


-Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or CRM. 


-Hands-on experience with ads management across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok.


-Experience in CRM strategy and working with CRM vendors for member acquisition and retention. 


-Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, with the ability to optimize ads based on data insights.


-Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and overseeing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, XHS, TikTok.


-Strong attention to detail, especially in managing budgets and ensuring performance alignment with business goals.
