About the Job
This is a role where you will lead the creative campaign process and manage social media strategy, contributing to the local brand vision.
This is a key role in the commercial team where you will envision content for both health professionals and the wider aesthetic market.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the entire creative campaign process, ensuring a mix of storytelling and sales strategies.
Supervise the production of content, social media strategy, and seasonal creative campaigns in partnership with product marketing, press, and the creative team.
Guide the expansion of all social media channels, taking charge of conceptualizing and briefing editorial content and commercial launches.
Contribute to shaping local brand vision by implementing streamlined processes and work methodologies.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in B2B Marketing in the healthcare industry (consumer health/aesthetics/beauty/personal care/nutrition/pharmaceuticals)
Experience in engaging and managing external agencies (Creative/PR)
Innovative and business-oriented content creator and social media strategist
Robust experience in design, editorial work, and social media.
Experience using analytics software, CRM is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
