We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our online marketingdigital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will be based in Pekan Nanas, Pontian district in Johor.**Responsibilities**- Support the development of marketing strategies for the precious metals industry,specifically focusing on catalytic converter recycling.- Coordinate and manage advertising and communication campaigns across various offlineand online platforms.- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, Blogs, and other marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and generateleads.- Address customer inquiries and feedback received from all communication channelspromptly.- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to inform marketing strategies andinitiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting potential customers.- Coordinate the production of marketing materials as needed.- Collaborate closely with the business development team to implement digital marketingcampaigns effectively.- Assist in updating CRM leads database as necessary.**Requirements**:- Completion of a Marketing diploma or relevant field.- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position.- Proficient in both written and spoken English with strong communication skills.- Experience in the recycling and waste management industry is an added advantage.- Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team.- Adherence to task deadlines is mandatory.- Demonstrates proactive behaviour and adeptness in multitasking.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.**Personal Characteristics & Behaviours**- **Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to ensure effective****communication with our business team.**- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Driven by goals and possesses the determination to succeed**Job Benefits**Health Insurance- Panel clinic- AWS(Annual Wage Supplement)- Annual Leaves**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Pekan Nenas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- What is your notice period?
