About the Role We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Malaysia.
This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and campaign optimization.
This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm, five days a week, and requires occasional travel.
Core Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising.
Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
Track key metrics that impact website traffic, conversion rates, and target audience engagement.
Coordinate with advertising and media partners to enhance marketing outcomes.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
Monitor industry trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and performance.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
Proven expertise in managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Hands-on experience with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Omniture).
Demonstrated creativity and excellent analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Proficiency in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns across major search engines.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
High creativity with the ability to identify target audiences and create engaging digital campaigns.
Proficiency in executing and reporting on digital marketing strategies.
Strong skills in managing processes and project execution.
Customer-focused and self-motivated approach.
Skilled in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, website management, and digital advertising.
