Job Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced mid-level growth marketing manager with 5 – 7 years of digital marketing experience to join our team. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns and strategies to promote KLDX and our curated investment products online and offline and ultimately increase reach, engagement and retention of potential investors. This also includes capturing and analysing relevant data to improve existing marketing efforts as well as developing personalised campaigns in the future. This role also encompasses managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Management:Planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Content Creation:Developing engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Performance Analysis:Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
SEO and SEM:Optimizing website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Social Media Management:Building and maintaining a strong presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, and implementing strategies to grow the audience and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:Experience:5-7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in analyzing data from various digital marketing channels and platforms to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
Strong writing and content creation skills to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email.Personal Attributes:Relevant experience in Digital Marketing for fintech industry.
