We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of various digital marketing channels and be comfortable managing website content, copywriting, and supporting broader digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Execution:Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
SEO & Website Management:Contribute to optimizing website content and performance to improve search rankings, user experience, and overall website functionality.
Content Creation & Copywriting:Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website pages, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and website traffic, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Media Management:Assist in managing and growing social media presence across platforms, engaging with followers and monitoring trends.
Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including design and development, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Email Marketing:Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and nurturing leads.
Reporting:Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, email marketing platforms).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
Experience with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
