Digital Marketing Executive

Execute online advertisement for online business through social media including live stream and search engines
Preparing graphic artwork for online advertisement with respective team
Assist E-commerce on marketplace
Handle online/social media customer inquiries and complaints timely and professionally
Liaise with agent or 3rd party to source for micro KOL to produce campaign video for social media usage
Manage cross brand collaboration for festive campaign from idea, proposal, execution and reporting
Manage campaign launch and shop opening event at physical store
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce is required for this position.
However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools is a plus
Good understanding of content management systems
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
Able to write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with overseas associates)
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, dynamic, responsible, good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
