As a Digital Marketing & SEO Senior Executive, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing Hiredly's digital marketing and SEO strategies to achieve our business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms, focusing on driving traffic, leads, and conversions.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website elements, including meta tags, headings, and URLs.
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs and SEMrush, providing actionable insights.
Optimize user experiences through A/B testing, landing page enhancements, and conversion rate optimization.
Stay updated on digital marketing and SEO trends to enhance overall brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with content and development teams to create SEO-friendly content and resolve technical issues.
Drive cross-functional squads and projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
Analyze and report on campaign and project performance, using data to guide decisions and strategies.
Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing and SEO.
Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube) and Facebook Ads.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms is a plus.
Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs and data visualization tools.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Wix & Webflow) and basic creative tools is a plus.
Data-driven with excellent analytical skills and the ability to present clear insights and strategies.
