Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to promote F&B brand and products, enhance brand visibility and support sales & marketing objectives.
Carry out the successful implementation of tactical marketing communications campaigns (advertising and promotion) to promote brand through both offline and online channels.
Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media that enhances the branding of respective F&B outlets.
Craft and execute video content (Reels) that effectively communicates the brand message and showcases the value proposition of our events, services, and offerings.
Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) by creating and scheduling compelling content aligned with the brand voice and objectives.
Assist in the development and execution of event marketing plans, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events as well as coordinating with internal and external parties on marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, using analytics tools to optimize marketing strategies.
Monitor and track customer feedback, engage with followers, and actively participate in relevant industry conversations to build brand reputation and customer loyalty.
Monitor social media trends and sales data to generate performance metrics and provide trend analysis for decision-making and improvement proposals.
Responsible for planning and executing photoshoots & video shoots.
Assist with the general day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing.
Position Requirements:At least 1-2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
Strong command in both spoken & written English.
Proficient in Social Media and relevant apps for content creation.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
Creative, with a keen eye for details and aesthetics.
Good analytical skills for the interpretation of data and metrics.
Familiar with Meta and experience in running digital ads will be an added advantage.
