Job Responsibilities:Campaign Management:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
Help with setting up ad campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing ad performance to ensure KPIs (key performance indicators) such as ROI, CPC, and conversion rates are met.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, social media, websites, and email marketing to engage target audiences.
Create and publish engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms (including copywriting, images, and videos).
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative team members to produce branded content.
Maintain content calendars to ensure timely publication and consistency.
Social Media Management:
Develop, schedule, and publish social media posts across various platforms, ensuring that content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
Monitor trends, competitors, and relevant conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms to provide insights on performance and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing metrics, such as traffic, leads, conversions, and social engagement.
Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Paid Advertising:
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Track and optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting keywords, bids, and targeting strategies.
Monitor ad budgets, performance metrics, and campaigns to ensure cost-effective spending.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support marketing initiatives when required.
Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Minimum Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (internship experience may be considered).
