Overview:
The Senior Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager by executing strategic marketing and communications plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
The scope covers various marketing channels such as PR, advertising, digital, events and branding. This includes organizing webinars, creating and maintaining websites / landing pages (and keeping them up-to-date at all times), production work (video or photo shoots), social media content creation, ensuring collaterals are current for all divisions and implementing marketing campaigns. The Senior Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager to work with external partners to ensure KPIs are met for jointly-run or sponsored campaigns.
Responsibilities
-Organize and manage projects that are requested by the various divisions from end-to-end. This involves requirements gathering, planning, scheduling, invitations, execution, reporting and measuring sales-accepted leads.
-Ensure all websites employ modern technologies and are always up-to-date. Content must be current and support the needs of the divisions. They should be generating sales-accepted leads.
-Execute jointly-run or sponsored campaigns with external partners and ensure KPIs are met. These initiatives could be webinars, on-ground events, PR or advertising campaigns.
-Support the Marketing Manager by generating reports on sales-accepted leads from websites and events. Leads need to be followed up on until they are passed to the sales team.
-Assist in preparing monthly reports for the finance department so that marketing charges can be billed accurately to all divisions.

- Design software - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
-WordPress, HTML and CSS
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / related field
-Digital advertising experience will be a bonus
-At least 2 - 3 years experience in marketing with knowledge of modern marketing techniques, content strategy and commercial trends.
