Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising Strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations (proficiency in Google Analytic/skills on advertising is an added advantage) Effective presentation skills, backed by good business acumen Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced eCommerce environment Passionate to learn and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the e-commerce/ technology space. Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) will be an added advantage Able to work extended hours on occasions when required Job Description: Researching and analyzing industry trends, customers behavior, and identifying potential products to sell from time to time. Take ownership of the whole marketing campaign cycle, from planning for marketing communication brief, negotiating with Sellers and partners, producing promotional materials, implementing marketing activities to post-campaign analysis. Strategize, develop & deliver strong pitches to Sellers on Youbeli offerings and proposed co-marketing activities across the online sales cycle Collaborate with industry partners and leverage each other resources in order to create impactful marketing campaigns. Coordinate marketing activities across departments such as graphic designer, social media, customer support, warehouse, and business development team to convert creative ideas into high performing activities and a flawless customer experience Analyze the performance of ongoing and past marketing campaigns to provide insight into how campaigns can be improved to meet business objectives. Analyze Sellers' progress and sales performance, be able to identify opportunities to meet sales targets, and create marketing impacts.
