Job Description: As a Digital Marketing specialist for MPB internal brands, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.). Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving measurable results and enhancing the brands' online presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies while providing comprehensive reporting and insights to measure campaign success.
Key Accountabilities: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for our internal brands, focusing on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital advertising channels. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition. Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization and targeting improvements. Create and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for performance media strategy, managing their expectations, and ensuring the success of the campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platforms, and explore innovative strategies to enhance our performance marketing efforts. Troubleshoot technical issues with creative, tracking, and campaign setup. Attend all ad hoc requests, providing assistance for social media-related tasks across the whole MPB group. Manage billing and marketing budgets, ensuring accurate reconciliation. Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Senior Data Engineer or a similar role. Proficiency in data extraction from media social platforms (e.g., Facebook Graph API, Twitter API, Instagram API) and other external data sources. Strong experience in developing and operating data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow or similar workflow management systems. Solid understanding of MLOps principles and experience deploying machine learning models into production environments. Knowledge of web scraping techniques and tools (e.g., Beautiful Soup, Scrapy). Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and SQL, and familiarity with Linux environments. Experience working with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage. Ability to design, optimize, and tune data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles (bonus if you have worked in a publisher, media agency, or e-commerce). Experience in using performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and a basic understanding of campaign conversion tagging is preferable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and actionable recommendations. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in reporting and data analysis.
