Job Description:
To build and grow company social media presence on all channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc).
Manage company social media pages and collaborate with Designers to create engaging content for social media and/or digital channels.
Plan and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns to ensure overall brand objectives are achieved.
Work closely with internal team and/or advertising and media agencies to achieve company objectives such as increasing sales, lead generation & brand engagement.
Determine and collaborate with potential KOL/celebrities.
Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness (FB Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing efforts and return of investment (ROI).
Any other tasks that are assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
At least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing various digital marketing platforms.
Excellent skills in using social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.
Solid knowledge of social media advertising tools and features.
Basic Photoshop skills, video editing skills and copywriting skills.
Required languages: English & Mandarin for copywriting purpose. Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage.
Sensitive towards current trends and familiar with the digital industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
