Role Overview The Digital Marketing Executive (Advertising Operations) will focus on managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more.
This role requires a data-driven and detail-oriented individual with expertise in handling advertising operations to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of platform-specific advertising tools, and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor ad performance and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify best practices and improve results.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and create regular performance reports for stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and strategies.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics effectively.
Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve the highest ROI.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising platforms and campaigns.
Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when needed to execute large-scale campaigns or specialized initiatives.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital advertising operations or similar roles, with a track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
Proficiency in advertising platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to derive insights.
Excellent understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques on various platforms.
Familiarity with tracking tools and conversion tracking setup (e.g., UTM tags, pixels, Google Tag Manager).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies is a plus.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is highly desirable.
