Job DescriptionWhat do we need you to do?
Identify, develop and prepare interesting and trendy social media contents.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
Execute and optimize performance media (Shopee & Lazada in-platform ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok ads, and other digital media) to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
Drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms through various digital marketing strategies.
Plan, host, and execute live selling sessions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other e-commerce channels.
Engage with viewers in real time, answering questions and showcasing products in a compelling and informative manner.
Track live session performance and report on sales results, viewer engagement, and session insights.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and e-commerce platform updates.
Track and report on key performance metrics.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma of Business Admin, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to speak English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and online sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging content.
Ability to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, video shooting, video editing, MS Office, etc.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Preferably able to start work immediately.
