We are looking for a talented and drivenDigital Marketing Executiveto join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in content creation and a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of various social media platforms.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to drive business growth, maximize lead generation, and optimize conversion rates.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create compelling ideas, engaging visuals, copywriting and video for social media, website and other marketing channels.
Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Reddit.
Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and PPC networks, ensuring efficient performance across targeted regions.
Conduct audience research to refine campaign targeting, improve relevance, and achieve desired outcomes for client campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ad effectiveness and ROI.
Identify and evaluate emerging marketing tools, platforms, and channels to enhance overall marketing impact and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives and branding strategies.
Partner with external agencies and media buyers to plan campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and meet business goals.
Develop and pitch creative, engaging content ideas to boost brand exposure and audience engagement.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and strategic insights.
Create content for SMS and email marketing.
Manage community interactions and engagement.
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support the team's goals.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital or Performance Marketing (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus).
Expertise in social media marketing best practices, including the ability to craft engaging content, write persuasive copy, and optimize strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Deep understanding of current industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital technologies.
Highly creative with a strong passion for digital marketing.
Advanced knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms, including campaign creation, management, and optimization.
Proficiency in advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Capable of leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Knowledge of SEO, website management, and cloaking techniques is an advantage.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent.
Detail-oriented, organized, initiative to problem-solving and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
