Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media Performance Marketing - Global Marketing Team) 2.Digital Marketing Executive (Local Marketing Team) Additional Info: Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) Transport Allowance / Parking season pass Performance Bonus Medical outpatient, Dental, Medical Check-Up Job Responsibilities Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers Create and manage paid social media campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and leads to the website Write and edit social media copy and creative assets for ads and organic content Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop lead-generation campaigns that align with the sales strategy Establish strong relationship with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on key marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with digital marketing agency to implement Google Adwords, Facebook Business, LINE Ads and remarketing campaigns to optimize results based on specific budgets and objectives Requirements Possesses Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Possesses at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the financial services industry or equivalent.
Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging assets.
Good working knowledge and hand-on experience with Google Adwords, Facebook Business, LINE Ads and other PPC channels Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritise tasks.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, or similar platforms etc.
Possession of Meta Blueprint certification is an advantage.
Proficient in using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (Written & Spoken).
Mandarin is a MUST to handle mandarin marketing contents.
