Job Function:Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns for B. Braun, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Event Marketing, Email Marketing, and social media.
Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
Work with marketers and other stakeholders to maintain B. Braun's digital presence.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience.
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
Together with relevant stakeholders, drive the Lead to Order framework and maintain a healthy level of Lead generation and conversion in all digital campaigns.
Support the publicity and manage the digital platforms (Articulate, Webinar, etc.) related to Aesculap Academy events.
Support regional, national and Aesculap Academy physical events whenever possible to gain insights to further improve customers' experience.
Education / Experience / Professional knowledge:Bachelor's degree in mass communication or marketing, preferably with specialization in Digital Marketing.
2 – 5 years of digital marketing experience is necessary.
Knowledge & Skills:Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
Strong writing and editing skills (content creation, copywriting, etc.).
Strong project management and managerial skills.
