Digital Marketing Intern

-Prepare Quotations:



-Generate and submit monthly quotations for the company's secretarial packages to clients.


-Ensure accuracy and timeliness in delivering quotations.
2.Monitor WhatsApp Communication:


-Regularly check and respond to WhatsApp messages from clients and prospects.


-Address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team members.
3. Customer Liaison:


-Coordinate and participate in Zoom meetings or face-to-face meetings with customers to discuss services and packages.


-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring clear communication.
4. Mobile App Training:


-Undergo training to understand the features of the company's mobile apps.


-Assist in training customers on how to effectively use the company's mobile apps to enhance their experience.
5. Prepare Customer Listings:


-Create and maintain updated listings of customers and prospects for the company's database.


-Ensure customer data is accurate and well-organized for easy access.

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


-Comfortable using Zoom and other online meeting tools.


-Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
