Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Content Marketing: Develop and implement strategic content marketing plans, identifying target audiences, determining branding, market segmentation, content types, and setting goals and metrics for measuring success to increase brand awareness, credibility, and customer loyalty. 2. Content Creation: Create engaging, easy-to-consume, high-quality, and compelling content focused on international education to effectively promote the brand and products.
3. Content Distribution: Develop and execute plans to promote and distribute content across various channels such as email, social media, influencer marketing, and other digital platforms to reach the target audience. 4. Optimization: Ensure all content created is optimized for search engines and social media channels to improve visibility and reach the target audience. 5. Platform Management: Oversee all content and social media platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and various social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Wechat, etc
6. Team Management: Manage, guide, and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and photographers to produce high-quality content. 7. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content to understand how it resonates with the target audience, make adjustments as needed, provide insights and data on audience engagement, conversions, ROI, and create reports to track the success of content marketing efforts. 8. Industry Research: Continually research and stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance our content marketing strategy and processes.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as design, SEO, and analytics to align the content with business goals and ensure brand consistency. 10. Goal Setting: Set and manage current and long-term goals for internal teams. 11. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency.
12. Process Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement of our processes to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness. 13. Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to the CMO and CEO. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of content marketing, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English & Chinese (Simplified).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
