Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Umrah Haji & Tourism industry.Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).Experience with marketing automation tools What We Offer:
