As the Digital Marketing Manager at StoreHub, you will lead and scale the teams responsible for building the StoreHub brand and sharing StoreHub story in our key markets. This role will be responsible for promoting the company through a strong PR and communications program, content and messaging, social media, for users, prospects and employees. We're looking for a driven and engaged senior leader with a successful track record of building and leading brand and marketing communications.
You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't!). But the work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.
What you will do:
Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction, while reflecting local priorities.
Define and execute on end-to-end branding communications strategy (including but not limited to content/editorial, social media, and public relations) for our core products, resulting in consistent branding, messaging, and positioning across all assets and platforms.
Manage, build, and lead a strong team by recruiting, coaching, and developing team members across our key markets (Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand).
Analyze and report on the success of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Design and oversee end-to-end corporate communications including executive communications, messaging development, and PR.
How you will need to be:
At least 3 years experience across social media marketing, content marketing, public relations, brand development, creative, digital marketing, and thought leadership campaigns, preferably in startups or SaaS companies.
At least 2 years experience managing or working as a leader for a marketing team.
Passionate in both marketing campaign strategy and execution, has a proven track record of growing digital branding channels, and excels in a hyper-growth B2B environment.
Adaptive, resilient and able to succeed in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment, with proven ability to be both a leader and an individual contributor.
Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional working groups.
Excellent data literacy. We work with a lot of tools and data - the ability to look at the right data points and synthesize them into actionable key results is vital.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to combine complex content into a clear and cohesive story to gain both internal and external buy-in.
Ability to navigate complex scenarios and to develop an incremental "crawl, walk, run" approach to addressing challenges.
