Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Digital Strategy Development:** Assist in the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy to boost our online presence and customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with the overall company goals.
- **Content Creation:** Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites. Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for SEO.
- **Social Media Management:** Manage our social media accounts by planning, scheduling, and posting content regularly. Monitor and respond to customer interactions to enhance brand loyalty and community engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Track and analyze performance metrics from various digital channels. Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Email Marketing:** Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing open rates and click-through rates to optimize future communications.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to ensure consistent messaging and aesthetic across all platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- **Customer Engagement:** Gather feedback from customers to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies aimed at exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight.
- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Digital Literacy:** Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, and content management. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
