JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main responsibilities for your role are the following:


-Managing client relationships.


-Managing and delivering client requirements and contractual obligations/workloads required by the Edamamedia team are delivered at a high service level at all times.


-Working with the Edamamedia production team to produce collaterals, content and creatives for clients for their marketing usage, for both print and digital usage.


-Ensuring that assigned client marketing channels (e.g. Facebook page, Instagram accounts) are managed professionally. Any customer service issues must be escalated with the required parties and any required communication with clients' customers must be done in a properly followed Standard of Practice (S.O.P) as agreed with clients. Any escalation required must be done immediately.


-Supporting the Director in obtaining and successfully closing new businesses and partnerships for Edamamedia.


-Managing payment requirements and billing with clients and vendors.


-Ensuring all documentation for the business as required is done in the utmost professional manner, accurately and in a timely manner.


-In the case of liaising or communication with clients and vendors, any interaction or dealings must be done in an absolutely professional manner – both in person and in writing. 
Other responsibilities include:


-awareness of current projects and future projects,


-awareness on company policies,


-assisting colleagues positively by sharing knowledge and experience,


-obtaining the necessary information and material from clients when required.


-ensuring a safe and clean working environment and taking care of the company belongings,


-attending job related meetings, Company appointments and customer meetings punctually,


-performing other responsibilities as may be needed.
What you do in this role?


-Be exposed to various industries and brands – you will have to wear different hats and come up with strategies for all sorts of brands and products.


-Build good relationships with clients – this means you are at the beck-and-call of the clients and they will undoubtedly throw you all sorts of requests, of which 99% of the time will be the very last minute. But you will undoubtedly make things happen.


-Work on marketing campaigns mainly on digital channels – after a month or so on the account, you would have learned all that you can about the brands and products you handle and you will be tasked to come up with creative ways of communicating and highlighting your Client's portfolio.
What your typical day at work will be like?


-Hands-on learning and exposure – you will get access to an entire server of templates, documents and information as well as quite a bit of side-line briefing (aka nagging-lah) on how things could and should be done.


-Switch from task to task - this is also a fast-paced role and will require you to multi-task and put in a lot of effort in ensuring campaigns get executed seamlessly.


-Be at work but feel at home - we are a SMALL agency. SMALL as in we all work like a family unit and for most days, you won't feel like you have to drag your feet to come into office or to work on external assignments. NOTE: We promise you lots of laughter, sarcasm, memes, venting sessions and most definitely more food than you can stomach.(WE LOVE OUR SNACKS, OK!)

-A Diploma or higher in Advertising / Media / Communications or equivalent


-Well-versed in English both written and spoken Optional: Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin


-Those with more than 1+ years of relevant agency-experience are encouraged to apply.
