Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, product sales, and customer conversion rate to achieve company objectives and targets.
Manage and execute digital campaigns for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, XHS, etc.).
Oversee and coordinate the execution of digital marketing activities, including updating the company website regularly, to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company goals and strategies.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website and social media channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and incorporate them into strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and platforms, recommending and implementing new technologies as appropriate.
Requirements and skills:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proficient in online/digital marketing, including but not limited to search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Required Language (written & spoken): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience with graphic design or video editing and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator would be a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video editing tools, Canva, and social media apps.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal communication.
Self-starter who can work independently and also a dynamic team player with great collaborative and interpersonal skills.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel occasionally within Malaysia.
