Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist role of Content & Social Media is tasked to support the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Brand Marketing & Communications in the delivery and implementation of a brand marketing, digital advertising, social media management and content on all digital touch points for Zurich Malaysia with the objective of helping to build the brand identity and support Brand Strategy framework and implementation. This includes liaising with external agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to increase Zurich's brand presence and safeguard Zurich's brand reputation through the execution of effective content, digital and social media strategy and initiatives. On top of that, the role will also be in charge of leadership thought content including video. Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities Assists with coordinator of company events, as needed. Support and contribute to the development and implementation of integrated communication plans and programs in support of business strategy. Creates internal and external communications. Ensure consistency and co-ordination of communication messages according to Group Communication content strategy. Produce communication materials in accordance with current brand guidelines and the organization's style guide. Support short term communication projects and assists with the management of longer term communications projects. Participates in special projects as assigned. Job QualificationsRequired: Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or any related field with 4 or more years of experience. Preferred: Candidates with a background or experience in video journalism. Experience in social media content writing/development. You are the heart & soul of Zurich!
