We are seeking a motivatedDigital Marketing Specialistto plan and execute data-driven SEA content writing and paid media marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and assist with marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns to ensure overall brand objectives are achieved.
Write and proofread creative copy in Chinese & English.
Maintain company website content in Malay, Chinese & English using CMS.
Assist with marketing plans, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and campaigns.
Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & Twitter) to enhance audience engagement.
Arrange the company product landing page for targeted audiences.
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO for effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing for innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
Create content, visual assets, and copywriting for social media captions, newsletters, promotional emails, and content marketing blogs.
Measure impact and report on important metrics using tools such as META Business Suite, Google Analytics, and UTM.
Define marketing psychology, hooks, and paradigm shifts for company products to align with overall marketing strategy and branding.
Analyze market research, industry trends, competitor case studies, and creative marketing techniques based on research results.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:At least 3 years of related experience is preferred.
Experience in the digital industry and Google Certified preferred.
Understanding and experience in managing social media marketing tools such as Creator Studio & META Business Suite.
Ability to set up and optimize Meta Ads.
Ownership of assigned marketing projects/campaigns.
Good organizational skills and time management.
Able to think analytically and resolve issues.
Internet savvy and comfortable working with numbers and charts.
Initiative to learn and explore new knowledge and skills.
Strong communication & writing skills in Malay, Chinese, and English are a must.
Our office is located at KL City Centre business zone, a short walking distance to LRT/MRT/Public bus.
