Digital Marketing Specialist

Client Servicing



-Research and understand the client's brand and related market conditions, and propose relevant marketing strategies or campaign,


-Analyze client's needs and assist to provide with relevant digital marketing solutions;


-Manage, execute and monitor plans, campaigns and project with stakeholder/clients expectation compliant and management;


-Collaborate, cooperate, coordinate and manage relevant internal team members, such as creative and performance team, when executing deliverables


-Assist Key Account Manager with the day to day communications with client for content related deliverables


-Support all client servicing activities:




-Collaborate with key account manager and creative team to plan and develop social content for clients and to ensure brand consistency;


-Able to assist in copywriting for social content creation


-Assist in day to day RM Management for account assigned

Reporting



-Able to produce basic monthly reporting based on client's requirement and with reporting template provided

; Requirements:-  Requirements



-Passionate in not only digital marketing, but also in delivering excellent output


-Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Servicing or a marketing agency


-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia


-Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Communications, or related field will be preferred


-Knowledge in social media platforms


-Excellent communication skills


-Flexible, collaborative, team player and proactive


-Hardworking, ability to multitask and able to work independently
