Job DescriptionIf you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and content marketing.
Conducting market research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and identifying opportunities for growth.
Analyzing data, tracking metrics, and using insights to measure the success of our marketing campaigns and improve performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
Managing the company's digital presence including website, social media, and other online channels.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders including journalists, suppliers and influencers.
Creating and delivering presentations and reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
Experience in conducting market research and using data to inform decision-making
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy
Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging trends and technologies in marketing
