Job DescriptionResearch and understand the client's brand and related market conditions, and propose relevant marketing strategies or campaigns.
Analyze client's needs and assist in providing relevant digital marketing solutions.
Manage, execute, and monitor plans, campaigns, and projects in compliance with stakeholder/client expectations.
Collaborate with and manage relevant internal team members, such as the creative and performance teams, when executing deliverables.
Assist the Key Account Manager with day-to-day communications with clients for content-related deliverables.
Support all client servicing activities.
Collaborate with the key account manager and creative team to plan and develop social content for clients and ensure brand consistency.
Able to assist in copywriting for social content creation.
Assist in day-to-day RM Management for assigned accounts.
ReportingAble to produce basic monthly reporting based on client's requirements and provided reporting templates.
Job RequirementsRequirements
Passionate about digital marketing and delivering excellent output.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Servicing or a marketing agency.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Communications, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
Flexible, collaborative, team player, and proactive.
Hardworking, ability to multitask, and able to work independently.
