You will be responsible to manage, plan, execute marketing campaigns focused on activation and retention to drive the business growth for internal house of brands and external clients along with a small cross-functional team.
Duties and Responsibility
-Create delightful customer experience by developing customer communication journeys for new customers/existing customer engagement and customer upsell opportunities for external clients and internal brands.
-Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing activation and retention campaigns to drive business growth.
-Implement customer communication through various channels such as email, sales channel banners, and Messaging apps using our marketing CRM system.
-Work closely with the product and brand team to craft sharp product copies for new and existing features on different customer touch points.
-Implement dynamic content strategies to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time based on targeted customer segments.
-Oversee and take ownership of customer metrics from activation to retention.
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.

; Requirements:-
-Minimum 2 years experience in related roles and e-commerce industry
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
-Experience in lifecycle channels on emails and messaging apps. Klaviyo, WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for engaging and interacting with customers.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
-Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and evolving environment.
-Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, traffic funnel, and ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
-A deep understanding of the e-commerce and/or consumer brand industries, including industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
