Digital Marketing Specialist (Malaysia)

Research, develop and execute lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook and other digital platforms
Analyse campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Conceptualise and create engaging content that will build a community and elevate our brand
Proactively test new ideas and different messaging to find the secret recipe for effective communication with our audience
Set up tracking to monitor performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and website
Work alongside sales team to boost lead performance
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:Min 1-2 years in performance marketing (SEM)
Experienced in Google Adwords and Facebook paid ads.
Background in lead generation is an advantage
Analytical skills and numerically inclined is a MUST.
Critical thinking
Attention to detail
Ability to think outside the box
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a plus
