**Job Function**:Web Marketing- **Industry**:Education- **Job Description**:- Setup and maintain marketing automation systems.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to keep track of theimportant performance indicators.- Increase page load speed by optimizing page elements.- Setup, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns onFacebook, Google, LinkedIn.- Setting up and maintaining Google Analytics, Google Adsconversion, Facebook conversion tracking etc.- Working with various stakeholders (Management, Sales & Marketing, advertising andmarketing agencies) to set marketing goals and design campaigns.- Monitor all digital marketing channels, keep track of performance of each channel and reportthem on regular basis.- Always be testing - on keywords, headlines, copy etc. to optimize campaign performance.- Understanding our customer base and the stock market investing domain to ensure relevanceand practicality of marketing campaigns.- Continually researching and collaborating with team members to determine design bestpractices, framework and technology for digital marketing.- **Requirement**:- Education Background : Degree in mass communication or marketing or any field related- Experience : 3 -6 years of experience in digital marketing specializing in online marketing- Require Skill:A Motivated self-learner. You will be exposed to a buffet oflearning opportunities and resources, you must be hungry to learnand hungry for coaching, be driven to do so autonomously.- An Analytical and logical thinker. Organized and able to set up andmaintain framework, systems, and processes.- Sensitive to numbers.
