ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and customer education across the SEA region.
Develop overall growth strategies for performance marketing, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok, and retargeting channels.
Devise performance marketing strategies that synergize with business goals.
Manage the performance marketing budget to achieve growth targets.
Empower creative ideas and innovations within performance marketing channels.
Collaborate with creative, campaign, and analytics teams to enhance channel performance.
Make strategic decisions to prioritize key focus areas for effective outcomes.
Analyze data to gain insights and propose effective solutions.
Coach and grow the performance marketing team to meet company needs and support growth.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of team lead experience.
Focus on SEM & Lead Generation.
Proficiency in Google AdWords and Facebook paid ads is aMUST .
Strong analytical skills.
Data-driven and numerically inclined.
Ability to think outside the box.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
