PositionWithin our Parfums Christian Dior business unit, based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia we are looking for a talented and motivatedDigital Media Specialist.This is a 6-months contract position.Reporting to the Head of E Business & Digital, your main mission will be to support the implementation of Dior's digital media strategies.
The main focus will be coordinating with agency to ensure that campaigns are set up on time and as per the Central guidelines.
This involves close coordination with agency to ensure timely campaign execution, with a primary focus on digital channels.Job Responsibilities
DIGITAL MEDIAWork closely with Regional/Central Media team and the agencies to support on the advertising campaigns on paid social, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), display and video online, and ensuring that the campaigns respect the Central guidelines, budget and timeline.
Coordinate with the media agencies to ensure successful execution of the campaigns from media agency brief to end-of-campaign reporting: including the media brief, securing the media plan approvals, creation of ads previews and validation of the content/campaign ads.
Coordinate weekly meetings with agency to align on media plans, timelines, deliverables with a focus on reviewing ongoing performance and optimizing to achieve objectives.
Work closely with media agency for post-campaign analyses, evaluate effectiveness of each ad campaign, share results and learnings with relevant parties, and establish an active feedback loop.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders for Monthly Media ANP closing: to ensure Media investments are activated and on par as per the monthly and yearly budgets or to shift spends strategically upon approval by Head, GM and Regional/Central.TRAFFIC ACQUISITIONSupport the execution of the traffic acquisition strategy in order to achieve E-Commerce performance KPIs, on the following levers: SEA, SEO and Paid social.
Work closely with agency to ensure profitability of media low funnel investments by proposing necessary optimizations.
Monitor on a daily basis campaigns execution to guarantee optimal performance of all traffic acquisition levers by proactively challenging the agencies responsible for the set-up.
Analyse traffic using data from media platforms, Google Analytics and our internal dashboards, and derive actionable insights.REPORTING & OTHER TASKSMedia Reporting: Prepare media reports and industry trend reports.
Competition analysis of all the digital trends in the region and competitor activations.
Completion & tracking of all POs and invoicing.
Monthly memos and reports.
Ad hoc requests to support Digital team.Profile
Academic Qualifications/ Work ExperienceUniversity graduate or above.
Major in Marketing/Business.
Digital Marketing Specialization / Certification is an added advantage.
