You will enhance user engagement by driving a user-centric approach and collaborating with various teams which includes Engineering Team, Technology Team, Content Team, Production Team and Design Team to deliver the best user experiences.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Product Development: Drive the product development lifecycle, prioritizing and releasing high-quality products, features, and enhancements for the web/app product.User Experience: Drive user experience centricity by conducting user research, analysing market trends, and implementing industry best practices to deliver top-tier experiences and improve user engagement.Backlog Management: Define user stories, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with product design, QA, and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective product deliverables.Success Metrics: Track and measure success metrics for product launches, enhancements, and campaigns, utilizing data to inform future improvements.Stakeholder Management: Engage with Engineering Team, Content Team, AdOps Team, and Data Analytics team to drive Monthly Active Users, Page Views and Adex RevenueInnovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations to continually improve the product and its competitive edge.Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product strategies.Skills and Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in managing web/app products and digital related project with prior experience in News/Entertainment/Media or related industry.Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent practical experience.Independent and ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong can-do attitude.A sport enthusiast with a knowledge of both local and international sports sceneExcellent communication skills, able to articulate concepts and requirements clearly.Proficiency in understanding traffic/data analytics and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Basic understanding of agile/scrum methodology and sprint deliveries is preferredAbility to learn and integrate knowledge from multiple functional areas including engineering, design, data and ads execution.Experience in Google Analytics, SEO, digital marketing and knowledge of UI/UX principles.Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) and digital content workflows best practices.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Understanding of user-cantered design principles and usability testing.Knowledge of A/B testing and other methods to test and optimize product features.REQUIREMENTS:
